Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Brambles’ European automation partner strategy, shaping relations with OEMs, vendors and ecosystem partners to drive long-term business value. You’ll own the opportunity portfolio, assess commercial value and feasibility, and translate market intelligence into product and investment priorities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to balance partner needs with technical capability and strategic fit, ensuring competitive positioning as automation accelerates in Europe. This is a high-impact role that shapes partnerships, specifications and market leadership in automated supply chains.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and lead the European automation partner strategy and prioritise OEM relationships, opportunities and engagement models
• Own and govern the strategic automation opportunity portfolio, qualifying opportunities by value, feasibility, scalability, relevance and fit
• Act as senior technical-commercial interface in discussions with OEMs, vendors, integrators and customers
• Shape partner specifications and commercial positions while challenging unfavourable requirements
• Mobilise senior internal stakeholders across operations, engineering, product, quality, supply chain and commercial to align on responses
• Translate automation market intelligence into input for product, testing,
quality and investment priorities
• Develop insights on automation trends and partner needs to inform governance and roadmaps
• Establish clear ways of working, escalation paths and decision inputs for automation opportunities
• Lead Brambles’ European automation partner strategy and ownership of relationships with key automation OEMs, vendors and ecosystem partners
• Convert market intelligence into actionable input for product, testing, quality and investment priorities
Responsabilidades
• Significant experience leading complex technical-commercial relationships with OEMs, vendors, integrators or strategic customers in automation/supply chain environments
• Track record of shaping partner strategies, qualifying high-value opportunities, and influencing outcomes
• Experience influencing technical specifications, commercial positions or solution design with external partners
• Ability to operate credibly with senior internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions
• Experience translating market and partner intelligence into actionable recommendations for product, testing or investment
• Experience across multiple European markets, cultures and stakeholder groups
