The role combines project management, process design and cross-functional coordination to enable new products, jurisdictions and issuance solutions.



/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead projects to develop and implement new issuance wrappers, platforms and structured securities capabilities. /liliCoordinate the setup of new issuers, programmes, jurisdictions and market infrastructures. /liliDesign and improve end-to-end issuance processes, identifying efficiencies and operational enhancements. /liliCoordinate multidisciplinary projects involving Legal, Tax, Compliance, Risk, Technology, Operations and external providers. /liliSupport the assessment of regulatory, operational and documentation requirements for new capabilities. /liliDrive process standardisation, automation initiatives and continuous improvement across the Global Securities platform. /liliMonitor market developments and identify opportunities to expand BBVA's issuance capabilities and product offering. /li /ulh3Qualifications and Experience /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or related field. /liliApproximately 5 years of experience in structured products, capital markets, financial markets infrastructure or strategic projects. /liliExperience managing cross-functional projects and implementing new processes or business capabilities. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders. /liliKnowledge of structured products, securities issuance or financial market infrastructure is highly desirable. /liliFluent in English and Spanish. /li /ulh3Habilidades /h3pFinanzas, Gestión de proyectos, Mercados de capitales, Negocios, Proyectos estratégicos /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
