Experteer Overview
As an Application Support Engineer II in Valencia, you bridge operations and Engineering to resolve complex issues, automate workflows, and drive AI-assisted improvements. You’ll work with backend and frontend squads, tackle Tier-2 and Tier-3 bugs, and document findings for cross-functional teams. This role offers hands-on system exposure, strong debugging focus, and a path into deep engineering or DevOps. You’ll contribute to a global platform and leverage AI tools to boost efficiency.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Triage and resolve Tier-2 internal application bugs by examining code behavior, logs, and data flows
• Collaborate with core backend/frontend squads to isolate Tier-3 issues and assist with database changes
• Build and deploy automation scripts and AI-driven workflows to improve support efficiency
• Create clear technical documentation of complex system behaviors for Tier-1 teams

Responsabilidades




• 1–5 years in software development, technical application support, or strong programming foundation
• Ability to read code, understand logic, and navigate databases
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Java, and React; experience with MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ is a plus
• Active use of AI tools, prompts, or automation scripts to solve technical problems
• Fluent in English and able to collaborate with global teams
• Bonus: FinTech/payments domain experience or experience with database structural changes
