ph3Description /h3 pWe're looking for a Production Planner to own end-to-end production follow-up, ensuring products are manufactured, tested, inspected, and delivered in line with approved specifications, quality standards, and agreed timelines. /p pYou’ll act as the first operational control layer between suppliers, internal stakeholders, and quality/compliance functions - keeping production on track, proactively surfacing risks, and ensuring documentation and traceability are maintained throughout the process. /p pDepartment: Procurement /p pLocation: Spain /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure all critical documentation (e.g., ASI, BOM, approved samples, QAP) is complete and aligned before production begins. /li liFollow up with suppliers on sample, tooling, and mass production timelines. /li liMonitor production progress and identify risks related to capacity, quality, and delays. /li liCoordinate QA/QC inspections and laboratory testing (pre-production and mass production). /li liEnsure inspection outcomes reflect the final mass-produced items. /li liRequest and archive photo evidence of final goods and palletised products prior to shipment. /li liCoordinate logistics and verify shipping documentation for accuracy. /li liCommunicate production updates, changes, and risks to Client Ops, Quality, and Procurement. /li liMaintain full traceability of approvals, deviations, and corrective actions.
