ThisroleisresponsibleforsupportingtheSalesteamincoordinatingdailycommercialactivities,maintainingaccuratesalesrecords,assistingwithclientcommunications, andensuringthesmoothexecutionofadministrativeprocesses.

WorkingcloselywithRevenueManagement,Events, Reservations, Marketing, andotherhoteldepartments,youwillhelpdrivebusinessopportunitiesand supportHyatt'sluxuryhospitalitystandards.

**Key** **Responsibilities**

+ SupporttheSalesteamincoordinatingdailysalesactivitiesand administrativetasks.

+ Assistwiththepreparationofproposals,contracts,presentations, andothersalesdocumentation.

+ Manageclientinquiriesandensuretimelyfollow-up andcommunication.

+ Maintainaccurateaccount,client, andactivityrecordswithinsalessystems.

+ Coordinatesiteinspections,clientvisits, and salesevents.

+ Preparereportsand supportdepartmentaltracking andreportingprocesses.

+ CollaboratewithEvents, Reservations,RevenueManagement, andOperationsteamstoensureaseamlessclientexperience.

+ Maintainorganizedsales files,contracts, andcorrespondence.

+ Assistwithpromotionalinitiatives,tradeshows, andnetworkingactivities.

+ EnsurecompliancewithHyattbrandstandards,companypolicies, andprocedures.

+ Performotherdutiesasassignedbyhotelmanagement.

**Qualifications:**

**_Skills_** **_&_** **_Qualifications_**

+ **Previous** **experience** **in a sales support, administrative,** **or** **hospitality-related** **role** **is** **preferred** **,** **preferably** **within** **a hotel** **environment** **.**

+ Strongorganizationalskillswithexcellentattentiontodetail.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

+ Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesin afast-pacedenvironment.

+ **Proficiency** **in Microsoft Office** **applications** **,** **particularly** **Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.**





+ ExperiencewithDelphi, Opera Cloud, CRMsystems,orsimilar hotel salesplatformsisanadvantage.

+ Strong administrative andreportingskills.

+ **Fluent Spanish and a** **high** **level** **of** **English are** **required** **;** **additional** **languages** **are** **an** **asset** **.**
