• Conocer del funcionamiento, organización estructural y dinámica de trabajo y comunicación de una compañía farmacéutica integral, además de su historia, valores y cultura de calidad y seguridad.
• Conocer de las normas de correcta fabricación y otras normativas y documentación que rigen una planta farmacéutica.
• Familiarización con la revisión y mejora de la recopilación de datos de las CMOs existentes, creación de una lista de formatos cualificados, creación de una nueva plantilla de PFD y actualización de los SOPs existentes.
• Apoyo en la coordinación de reuniones, presentaciones e interacciones con diferentes culturas y funciones dentro de la organización de DPEM.
• Formación en la filosofía Lean y participación en diferentes iniciativas,



evaluaciones o acciones identificadas en el grupo de Mejora Continua.
