About the role

As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting financial operations and ensuring accurate accounting processes for the German market, working closely with internal teams such as finance, controlling, and operations.

In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for:

Managing accounts payable and/or receivable processes

Processing invoices and ensuring accurate billing and posting

Monitoring and reconciling accounts

Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities

Handling customer and supplier queries related to invoicing and payments

Managing collections and ensuring compliance with payment terms





Working with SAP for financial transactions and reporting

Ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards

You're the person we're looking for if you have:

Previous experience in

Accounting / Finance / Accounts Payable or Receivable

Billing and invoicing processes

Financial administration

Experience with SAP (essential or strong plus)

Native or near-native level of German, plus good level of English

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally A proactive, organized, and problem-solving mindset
