Job Title: Accounts Executive (Dutch Speaker)

Location: Madrid, Spain

Requirements:

- Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
- 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (e.g., BDR, SDR, call center, outbound prospecting).
- Mandatory residence in Spain.
- Comfortable with cold-calling and strong KPI/metrics orientation.
- Availability aligned with US time zone

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
- Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
- Handle account handover to Customer Experience post-subscription.
- Manage a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day, with leads auto-assigned by the system.
- Achieve KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated

Additional Information

- Comprehensive training provided for approximately 4 weeks during the first month, fully on-site in Madrid.
- This is a permanent contract position.

- The compensation package includes adaptable benefits, a referral bonus, and office perks such as fruit, snacks, monthly lunches, sports, and community activities
- The hybrid work model (50%) is available after reaching at least 70% of target.
- After the initial 4-week on-site training, on-site presence is required approximately once a month, with travel and associated expenses covered by Doofinder.
- Monthly commission target: 600 EUR.

Monthly performance multiplier: <80% of target = x1; 80% = x1.3; 100% = x2; 150% = x3.

Quarterly (31 Mar / 30 Jun / 30 Sep / 31 Dec): if the quarter average achievement exceeds 150%, the whole quarter commissions are adjusted with a 3x multiplier.

- During Ramp-Up, the multiplier is x1 until 100% of target is reached. Ramp-Up targets: M0 0%, M1 0%, M2 30%, M3 60%, M4 100%.
- Internal growth opportunities are available to AE2 (35,000 EUR base) and AE3 (40,000 EUR base).
