In this AI Developer role, you will design, build, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions to tackle complex business problems at scale. You’ll collaborate with global cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and drive data-driven outcomes in enterprise environments. You’ll own end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion to deployment, aligning with governance standards.

This position offers the chance to shape analytics initiatives and contribute to large-scale analytics solutions within a global organization.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Design, develop, and deploy ML models (regression, classification, ensemble) for analytical problems
- Provide technical leadership in AI solution design during cross-functional engagements
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ML workflows on modern data platforms (cloud-based, distributed)
- Build end-to-end AI-driven solutions using organizational and third-party technologies
- Translate model outputs into actionable business insights with stakeholders
- Create data models, feature pipelines, and scoring systems ensuring performance and scalability




- Develop standards, templates, and best practices for model development and evaluation
- Define scope, plans, and deliverables for components aligning with project objectives
- Apply advanced domain knowledge to contribute to complex projects and optimize solutions
- Mentor junior team members and foster strong internal/external collaboration

Responsabilidades

- 4+ years of experience as an AI Developer in large-scale or enterprise environments
- Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong knowledge xugodme of supervised and unsupervised ML
- Experience with data pipelines, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with distributed computing (e.g., PySpark)
- Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, GCP) and API development
- Understanding of SDLC and model governance
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
