About The Role What if your sense of fairness and critical thinking could directly shape how AI behaves — at scale, across millions of interactions? We're looking for AI Ethics Reviewers to evaluate AI-generated content for bias, safety issues, and ethical concerns. Your judgment helps ensure that AI systems treat people fairly, communicate responsibly, and avoid harm.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to thoughtful people from any background. You don't need a degree in ethics or AI — you need a sharp eye, an open mind, and a genuine care for getting things right.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Review AI-generated content and outputs for potential bias, stereotypes, or harmful messaging

Evaluate whether AI responses are safe, fair, and appropriate for diverse audiences

Identify ethical concerns and articulate your reasoning through structured written feedback

Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide range of topics and content types

Push AI systems toward more equitable and responsible behavior through your evaluations
