AI Security Manager

We have partnered with a integral manufacturing organisation who are looking for an AI Security Manager to drive the secure, responsible, and compliant adoption of AI across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop AI security policies, governance frameworks, and risk controls.
- Conduct AI risk assessments covering security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement security controls across AI/ML and MLOps environments.
- Manage AI-specific threats including prompt injection, adversarial attacks, model leakage, and data poisoning.
- Lead AI security testing, threat modelling, and incident response readiness.
- Partner with technology, data, legal,



and compliance stakeholders to promote secure-by-design AI.

What You'll Bring:

- 7+ years' experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Technology Risk.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML, MLOps, cloud security, and security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
- Experience in security architecture, GRC, risk assessments, and threat modelling.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
