We are currently looking for a talented and highly motivated Technical Lead to join our team, focusing on delivering exceptional data-intensive solutions and fostering excellence within our technical community.You will play a pivotal role in defining, designing, and implementing sophisticated, data-intensive AI based technical solutions within the aviation domain.

Your expertise will help drive clarity in story-level work, eliminate blockers, and ensure rapid, high-quality feature delivery aligned to strategic business objectives.

You will actively shape product architecture, design robust solutions, and ensure engineering practices meet the highest standards. Additionally, you will champion innovation and continuous improvement, promoting a product-centric and collaborative team culture.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical leadership roles in data-intensive and AI-driven environments.

Strong hands-on experience delivering production-ready applications with frontend (NextJS), backend (Python), data and ML components





Proven experience designing CI/CD pipelines and workflows using tools such as GitHub Actions, Trunk-Based-Development, E2E test integration.

Solid understanding of DevSecAIOps practices and secure coding standards.

Proficiency in agile delivery and tools such as Jira for backlog refinement and story point estimation.

Has worked with teams using AI tools for SDLC (e.g. GH Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code)

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide engineering teams.
