Role Description The Assistant Manager will support the day-to-day operations of the studio and real estate activities, ensuring smooth coordination between design, project management, and client-facing tasks.
Responsibilities include assisting with project planning and timelines, organizing documentation, supporting interior design and real estate presentations, and coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and partners. The role will also involve maintaining schedules, tracking budgets and expenses, preparing reports, and helping manage client communication and meeting logistics. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madrid,
requiring close collaboration with the leadership team and active participation in the studio’s daily workflow.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities, including scheduling, documentation management, and follow-up on tasks.
- Experience supporting project coordination in design, architecture, real estate, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort learning new digital platforms.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics aligned with luxury interior design and high-end residential properties.
- Ability to work on-site in Madrid, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a dynamic, design-focused environment.
- Fluency in Spanish; good command of English is highly beneficial.
- Relevant education in business administration, interior design, architecture, real estate, or a comparable discipline is an advantage.
