B2C Customer Success Representative (Italian speaker) ¿We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive B2C Customer Success Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for supporting customers throughout their journey, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence. Acting as the voice of our brands, you will help build customer loyalty by providing timely support, resolving inquiries efficiently, and delivering an outstanding brand experience across multiple channels.

You will work closely with both customers and internal teams, contributing to a positive customer journey while helping us continuously improve our processes and service quality. Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) is essential.



Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Success, Retail, Hospitality, or similar.

A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Comfortable learning new products, processes, and digital tools. Previous experience working with CRM and customer service platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or SAP.
