About the Role

We're looking for a visually driven content creator to own the look and feel of our brand’s video and photo content. You'll shape how our brand shows up on our website, in our shop, on social media and in the press, from polished corporate and explainer videos to behind-the-scenes footage and on-location shoots.

This role is conceptual and visual at its core: you don't just film, you help define how our brand looks and feels.

Responsibilities

- Plan and produce high-quality corporate and explainer videos for the brand.

- Create product shots, both photo and video, for the website, shop and marketing channels.

- Capture behind-the-scenes content that brings the brand and team to life.

- Film on location at events and partner shoots (e.g. yoga studios, pharmacies, conferences and similar settings).

- Produce content for PR purposes, including features with online magazines, newspapers and sponsorship partners.

- Conduct and film interviews and long-form content for YouTube.

- Create content for use in the shop with doctors,



nutritionists and other health professionals (reviews, testimonials, educational content).

- Optionally, become a recognisable face for the brand on social media, helping audiences connect with the brand on a personal level.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in video production and photography, ideally for a brand or agency.

- Strong visual and conceptual sense — you think in shots, story and brand identity, not just technical execution.

- Confidence filming on location and adapting to different environments (studio, events, partner sites).

- Skilled in filming and directing interviews and long-form content.

- Comfortable in front of the camera as well as behind it (a plus, not a requirement).

- Solid editing skills and familiarity with common video/photo editing software.

- Fluent in German or Spanish, with good working English.

- Organised, self-driven and comfortable owning a project from concept to final cut.
