3+ years of experience as a Business Analys

Technical background in software development or QA (highly valued)

Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirement

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practice

Advanced English (written and spoken) — fluent level require

Analyze and document business and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment
