Noisegraph ™ is a creative studio specialized in high-end CGI design & animation workflows and premium product visuals for international brands. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Partner to help us grow internationally by generating qualified opportunities and building long-term relationships with brands, agencies and creative decision makers.
This is not a junior sales position and not a fixed salary role.
We're looking for someone who already understands the creative industry and knows how to open doors.
What you'll do
- Identify and approach qualified prospects.
- Build relationships with brands, agencies and creative teams.
- Generate meetings with decision makers.
- Present Noisegraph's capabilities and value proposition.
- Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to proposal.
- Work closely with our founders to develop new business opportunities.
- Help build long-term strategic partnerships.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in business development, sales or client partnerships within the creative, advertising, branding, production or digital industries.
- Speaks fluent English (mandatory).
- Speaks Spanish (highly preferred).
- Has excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Is confident speaking with senior marketing and creative executives.
- Is proactive, autonomous and results-driven.
- Has an existing network of contacts within agencies or brands (a strong plus).
- Understands premium creative services and consultative selling.
- Has a professional presence and represents the studio with credibility.
Compensation This position is 100% commission-based

There is no fixed salary
.
Compensation is directly linked to successfully closed projects, with an attractive commission structure and the possibility of long-term collaboration as the business grows.
