Remote | Commission-Based | English & Spanish Noisegraph™ is a creative studio specialized in high-end CGI design & animation workflows and premium product visuals for international brands.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Partner to help us grow internationally by generating qualified opportunities and building long-term relationships with brands, agencies and creative decision makers.

This is not a junior sales position and not a fixed salary role.

We're looking for someone who already understands the creative industry and knows how to open doors. What you'll do

Identify and approach qualified prospects.

Build relationships with brands, agencies and creative teams.

Generate meetings with decision makers.

Present Noisegraph's capabilities and value proposition.

Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to proposal.

Work closely with our founders to develop new business opportunities.

Help build long-term strategic partnerships. We're looking for someone who:

Has proven experience in business development, sales or client partnerships within the creative, advertising, branding, production or digital industries.

Speaks fluent English (mandatory).

Speaks Spanish (highly preferred).





Has excellent communication and presentation skills.

Is confident speaking with senior marketing and creative executives.

Is proactive, autonomous and results-driven.

Has an existing network of contacts within agencies or brands (a strong plus).

Understands premium creative services and consultative selling.

Has a professional presence and represents the studio with credibility. Compensation

This position is 100% commission-based.

There is no fixed salary.
