¿Qué harás en tu reciente puesto?

As a SAP SD/MM Business Partner, you are the key operational link between business users and corporate Strategy & Transformation organization.

You ensure the smooth day-to-day usage of the Platform, resolve functional issues, translate business needs into system enhancements and actively contribute to user adoption and process excellence.

You report directly to the Global Head of Backoffice and work closely with internal business departments, the local Strategy& Transformation Business Partners and external IT partners.

This position is based in Madrid.

A snapshot of your responsibilities:

- You provide day-to-day functional support to internal business users on the Platform.
- You register and manage incidents and requests, ensuring clear documentation and first-time-right resolution.
- You guide users in "how-to" questions and ensure correct usage of the system and processes.
- You collect, analyze and document new business requirements and improvement requests.
- You coordinate and/or support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of implemented changes.




- You communicate new functionalities and system updates to the business
- You identify training needs and facilitate training sessions where required.
- You act as an ambassador of the Platform and continuously deepen your process and system knowledge.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

The SAP SD/MM Business Partner will be experienced professional who brings both strategic vision and hands-on expertise to the table. Ideally, you'll have:

- Bachelor level education or equivalent through experience.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role in an ERP-driven, process driven environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP in the SD and MM modules is a must
- Valuable experience with Salesforce or experience on any other CRM platform is a plus
- You have a solid understanding of vehicle distribution processes (automotive distribution is a strong asset).
- You work in an analytical, structured way and have a customer-oriented mindset.
- You are a self-starter with good communication skills.
