- Lead the food services operation on site
- Lead a small team of cooks and catering assistants
- Maintain food safety and allergen documentation
- Showcase excellent time management skills
- Maintaining the service area to high standards
- Responsible for the ordering of stock and supplies
The Person
- Previous experience in a supervisory role leading a team
- A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading a team
- Strong knowledge of Food safety and allergen management
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Hold a Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain one
