In this role you will ensure CAMO/MRO QMS compliance across the A400M, Mu0026amp;L, and MRTT fleets, and drive the audit program to maintain regulatory and Airbus standards. You will perform internal and external audits, including at customers or suppliers, and manage corrective actions. You will develop and update compliance manuals and oversee personnel competence and licensing.

You’ll coordinate with other quality functions to standardize across fleets, supporting service growth through training and external resource upskilling.

- Ensure CAMO/MRO QMS complies with applicable regulations and standards
- Manage the CAMO/MRO audit programme for the A400M, Mu0026L and MRTT fleets
- Conduct internal and external audits (including at customers or suppliers) to verify QMS adherence




- Control and track discrepancies and corrective actions from audits
- Monitor maintenance facilities status per Airbus QMS and regulatory provisions
- Develop and update Compliance Manuals and procedures
- Oversee CAMO/MRO personnel competences and certifying staff licenses
- Create tailored training solutions within regulatory framework
- Coordinate with other Quality departments to standardize xugodme across fleets

Responsabilidades

- Advanced English level
- Experience as internal auditor desirable
- Understanding of CAMO/MRO QMS and regulatory provisions
- Ability to perform audits at customers’ premises or suppliers’ facilities
- Management of certifying staff military aircraft maintenance licenses
- Commitment to integrity and regulatory compliance
