Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design, solve, and review advanced chemistry problems with real-world scientific relevance
Apply your expertise in organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry to create complex, meaningful problem statements
Evaluate AI-generated chemistry reasoning for scientific accuracy, depth, and rigor
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to improve how AI models think through chemistry
Ensure clarity, precision, and scientific integrity across all deliverables
Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule Who You Are Holds a Master's or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field
Deep expertise in one or more of: organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
Comfortable working with Python or computational chemistry tools (e.g., Gaussian, VASP)
Exceptional written communicator — you can explain complex chemistry clearly and precisely
Detail-oriented and rigorous in your scientific thinking
Fluent in English Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
Familiarity with molecular modeling, simulation, or cheminformatics tools
Background in academic research, industry R&D;, or scientific publishing
