Client Finance Coordinator





This role is crucial to ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition, forecasting, invoicing, collection, and account reconciliation in alignment with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for all aspects of client revenue management including revenue and project cost recognition, forecasting, variance analysis and ownership of balance sheet balances relating to your clients.
- Review sales orders for accuracy and reasonableness. Confirm Sales Order agrees to Client SOW/Contract documentation.
- Generate, review, and send client invoices accurately and on schedule.
- Process client onboarding onto the finance system and ensuring the correct data and documents are on file.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
