Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Review AI-generated code in Python, JavaScript, or other languages for correctness and quality

Identify bugs, logical errors, edge cases, and inefficiencies

Rate code quality using structured evaluation rubrics

Suggest clear, actionable improvements and explain your reasoning

Work across a variety of programming challenges spanning multiple difficulty levels





Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are Able to read and understand code in at least one programming language

Logical thinker with a natural eye for spotting what's wrong — or what could be better

Clear written communicator who can explain technical concepts in plain terms

Detail-oriented and consistent in your evaluations

Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Experience with debugging, testing, or code review in personal or professional projects

Background in software development, computer science, or related fields
