In this role you will design, oversee, and optimize compensation and benefits programs across 7 Mediterranean markets to attract, retain, and develop talent. You will align Cu0026amp;B policies with regional guidelines and local market realities, ensuring compliance and equity. You will partner with regional HR, mobility, and external partners to implement competitive packages and pay transparency initiatives.

- Conduct market analysis and salary surveys to inform decisions
- Annual benefits assessment and recommendations for improvements
- Ensure compliance with policies and local labor regulations
- Design competitive packages for managerial roles and international mobility
- Coordinate with brokers, insurers, and service providers for employee benefits
- Implement group compensation policies at local level and align with EMEA guidelines
- Support pay transparency implementation and data collection across regions
- Create communication/training tools for HRBPs on Cu0026B policies
- Oversee payroll processes and records for 7 Mediterranean countries
- Interpret changes in local regulations impacting Cu0026B conditions
- Manage immigration processes for international assignments and mobility
- Ensure compliance with country equality requirements
- Prepare monthly/annual HR reports and KPIs
Responsabilidades
- Bachelor degree (field preferred: Business Administration, xugodme HR, Finance, or Law)
- 5-7 years in Cu0026B with in-house and consulting experience
- Experience in retail or international multi-market environment
- Strong knowledge of Spain labor law and employee relations
- Proficient in Spanish and English; French is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills
- Work permit in UE with Schengen visa
- Detail-oriented, service-minded, organized
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential data
