Landed is a real estate private equity scale-up based in Valencia and Amsterdam. We source, transform, and manage residential apartments, holiday rentals, and small hotels in the Valencian area, handling projects end-to-end with our own teams. What you'll do

? Project Execution Turn architects' drawings into clear, practical instructions on the ground. Make sure every job is built to the approved plans, specifications and quality standards — no improvising, no surprises.

? Site Management Be on site all day, every day. Set the day's tasks for every builder, electrician, plumber and labourer, and make sure they get done.

Run site logistics: material requests, storage, equipment use. Monitor daily and weekly progress against the schedule, flag delays early, and resolve issues on the spot with the project manager.

? Quality Control Inspect work as it happens and catch problems before they become rework.

Keep accurate site documentation: daily logs, progress photos, incident reports.

? Health & Safety Own safety on your site. Enforce protocols, keep the site clean and compliant, and make sure everyone goes home in one piece.





? Team Coordination Be the point of contact on site for workers, contractors and suppliers. Make sure the right people and the right materials arrive at the right moment — no idle crews, no waiting around. Communicate proactively with the wider project team and support procurement on site-specific needs. What you are

✅ 5+ years as jefe de obra, encargado or site supervisor on residential renovation or construction projects

✅ Able to read construction plans and translate them into daily instructions for the crew

✅ Confident with schedules, progress tracking and site documentation

✅ Natural authority on site — trades respect you and follow your lead

✅ Serious about health and safety, not just on paper

✅ Fluent Spanish essential; English a plus

✅ Based in the Valencia area, with a driving licence to move between sites

✅ Hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving company What we offer
