As a Corporate Real Estate Analyst, you will transform portfolio data into actionable insights to support strategic real estate decisions. You’ll work with global stakeholders, ensure data accuracy across systems, and drive efficiency in lease administration and reporting. You’ll build dashboards and presentations that enable leaders to act on real estate opportunities and sustainability priorities. This role blends data work with cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, global team.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Manage and improve portfolio data in Archibus (property, lease, planning, sustainability)
- Develop expertise in Archibus and promote its use across the team
- Deliver Archibus training and user support
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect, validate, and consolidate portfolio data
- Oversee external lease administration vendor and ensure data accuracy
- Improve processes for data collection, validation, lease abstraction, and management
- Raise purchase orders and verify invoices
- Prepare presentations, data analyses, reports,



and charts from multiple sources
- Translate complex real estate data into clear insights for portfolio decisions and management reporting
- Organize and maintain Teams and SharePoint sites; support intranet development
- Support smooth operation of Global Portfolio Management division via administrative tasks

Responsabilidades

- Proven experience in real estate data management, analytics, and reporting
- Experience in lease management
- Experience in corporate real estate within a global function
- Ability to interpret lease terms and understand portfolio structures
- Hands-on experience xqbhyrx with a real estate data management platform
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint
- Knowledge of SAP REFX is an asset
- Strong analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work accurately in a fast-evolving environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; collaborative in a global team
