We are looking for a high-impact Cost Excellence Manager to drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and OPEX transformation initiatives across to general leader in innovative dental solutions.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Identify and drive cost reduction opportunities across all relevant cost areas
- Lead OPEX and cost optimization programs from analysis to implementation and tracking
- Partner with business functions to improve cost structures and efficiency
- Establish cost transparency through KPIs, benchmarking, and reporting tools
- Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to senior stakeholders
- Support global transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare decision proposals and business cases for senior management
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business, Finance,
Economics, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in cost optimization, consulting, FP&A;, controlling, or procurement. Ideally experience in a cost reduction consultancy
- Proven track record in OPEX, cost reduction, or transformation programs
- Strong skills in financial analysis, cost modeling, and benchmarking
- Experience in multinational / matrix organizations
- Excellent intercultural stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical, hands-on, and results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
