¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
- Efficiently and professionally handle customer inquiries and requests in Swedish and English.
- Coordinate orders and ensure that established deadlines are met.
- Resolve issues related to products or services in collaboration with other departments.
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the internal system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve the department's processes and workflows.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports related to the activities of the Customer Service department.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Must be based in Madrid (or able to relocate immediately) and hold a valid EU work permit for full-time employment (40 hours per week).
- Advanced proficiency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles.
- Ability to work with computer tools and customer management systems.
- Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
