Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with clients, members, collectors, partners, and VIP guests, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized support and managing all enquiries, requests, and follow-up communication.

Coordinate VIP hospitality and client experiences before, during, and after events, ensuring the highest level of service.

Identify business opportunities by nurturing existing relationships, generating referrals, and converting prospects into members, event participants, or clients.

Collaborate closely with the Events, Marketing, and Business Development teams to strengthen client engagement, increase customer loyalty,



and support strategic partnerships.

Requirements Professional, confident, and personable, with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships in high-profile international environments.

5+ years of experience in client relationship management, luxury hospitality, premium customer service, or business development.

Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with UHNW clients, partners, collectors, or members.

Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a strong advantage.

Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a high level of emotional intelligence and discretion.
