What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll become the trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and solution-focused.

Your daily responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via:

- Phone

- Email

- Live Chat

- Automated support channels

Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience

Document customer interactions accurately using internal CRM and ticketing systems

Meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and quality standards

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and electric vehicle technology

Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless customer support





Support additional operational tasks assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors

We're Looking For

You'll be a great fit if you have:

Language Skills

- Native or bilingual Danish

- Fluent English

Experience

- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience

- Experience managing customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Technical Skills

- Good knowledge of:
- Windows

- Microsoft Office

- Internet applications

- Basic IT troubleshooting

Personal Qualities

- Customer-first mindset

- Strong communication skills

- Positive and solution-oriented attitude

- Ability to take ownership of customer cases

- Excellent organizational skills

Nice to Have

Previous experience in the automotive industry

Experience with electric vehicles or personal ownership of an EV
