Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Data & Analytics Consultant.

This role requires working on-site at the Arturo Soria office two days per week.

Main Tasks

- Perform data analysis to uncover insights that support decision-making across customer experience initiatives.
- Design and maintain dashboards to monitor performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize BI tools such as Qlik and Power BI to visualize data and communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement AI strategies for content generation, customer profiling, and process optimization.
- Proficiency on automation tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline processes and tasks.
- Support the development of customer segmentation models and qualification frameworks.




- Stay informed about AI trends, technologies, and applications relevant to marketing and customer engagement.
- Contribute to the integration of AI tools for audiovisual content generation and automation.

Skills

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Qlik and Power BI.
