OverviewData & AI Talent Acquisition role at Talent-R for a Data Engineer focused on building end-to-end data pipelines to support AI-driven marketing.

Location: Sant Cugat | Hybrid (2 days on-site).

Salary: Up to 55k + performance bonus.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain ETL and reverse ETL pipelines using GCP, dbt, and Airbyte
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and production teams to define data requirements
- Extract and integrate data from multiple tools and platforms
- Optimize and maintain our data warehouse for performance and reliability
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and implement continuous improvements
- Support ML model deployment and maintenance
- 3+ years of experience designing and building large-scale data systems (ETL/ELT, modeling, warehousing)
- Strong Python and advanced SQL skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform




- Familiarity with Airflow, Prefect, or Temporal for orchestration
- Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)

Nice-to-have
- Experience with dbt and xqbhyrx Airbyte
- Exposure to ML deployment and ad-tech environments
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
