As a Data Management Expert you will: Contribute as a key member of the squad, you will provide a broad knowledge on data models taking business requirements form operational systems and elaborating information mappings for the development members . In collaboration with different squads and CoE (all together) define new requirements over Functional Data Architecture and Data Management Framework (WoW, Glossary, Metadata, Data Quality, Governance…)



These are some of the qualities that we value the most for this role. You contribute to the ING One Agile Way of Working and safeguard the Orange Code Own a master or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience .

Have proven experience in Data Lake / Data Warehousing platforms , specially within Data Marts Modeling, ETL processes and Reporting, including value proposition design, performance improvements and platform data quality monitoring. Knowledge on Data Governance and Quality frameworks. Knowledge on reporting tools such as Micro Strategy, IBM Cognos, Power BI.

Knowledge on the new trends about data management such us Data Fabric, Data Mesh, Data Virtualization … Agile working experience for more than 2-3 years Be able to communicate clearly (written and oral) to different stakeholders (advanced English is required) Be able to participate in the definition of data platform in strategic terms, linking current events and business strategy. Have strong analytical skills and create models to take decisions based on data and facts. Have strong analytical and judgement skills (recognize key information, organize problem identification, research, various methods of analysis, establishment of connections, etc.) Be curious,



passionate about innovation and stay on top of trends and developments within Data world.
