The Demand Planning Coordinator (Grapes) is responsible for the end-to-end general demand planning of the grapes category across all markets.
Acting as the central consolidation and coordination point between local market demand and global sourcing and grower supply, the role ensures a single, aligned demand signal that enables optimal sourcing decisions, service levels, and value creation across the supply chain.
The role ensures that demand plans are not only accurate but also operationally actionable across the full supply chain — from harvest to delivery — enabling effective coordination, risk visibility, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Global Demand Planning & Forecast Ownership
- Market Coordination & Demand Validation
- S&OP; Coordination and Process Implementation
- Supply/Demand Translation & Risk Management
- Commercial and Category Performance Analysis,
Reporting and Management
- End-to-End Operational Coordination
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in demand planning, commercial, sourcing, forecasting, or supply chain roles
- Experience in Fresh Produce, ideally with grapes or similar fruit categories.
- Exposure to multinational or central planning environments
- Experience working cross-functionally across commercial, sourcing, and supply chain teams.
- Fluency in English and Spanish
