Devoteam is seeking a highly motivated Solution Sales Executive to join our expanding Google Cloud practice. In this role, you will drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by selling our comprehensive suite of Google Cloud consulting services and solutions, with a focus on professional services.

What You’ll Do:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan: Target key accounts, identify opportunities, and build a strong pipeline to achieve ambitious quotas and revenue targets.
- Become a Trusted Advisor: Conduct in-depth needs assessments, understand client challenges, and position Devoteam as their go‑to partner for Google Cloud solutions.
- Deliver Winning Presentations: Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the value proposition of our Google Cloud offerings, emphasizing our expertise in professional services.
- Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with our technical consultants to design and propose tailored solutions that address client requirements, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Secure favorable terms and conditions, maximizing revenue and profitability while building long‑term client relationships.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain a deep understanding of the evolving Google Cloud ecosystem, including new products, services, and market trends, to provide cutting‑edge solutions.

We are looking for a senior project manager to organize and coordinate the most complex IT transactions. As such, there is a site carve‑out work requiring separation of two companies IT footprints from the divested location while securing the company data and enabling the migration of the transferred assets. There will be significant work related to the execution of the TSA services.

The sites requiring to be carved‑out can be in different lifecycle status (Due Diligence, Day‑1 Preparation, Separation, Close‑out phase).

High‑level description of services to be provided by the hired PM:

- Coordinate the company services to separate from a divested site while collaborating with the Buyer to enable their integration plan.
- Support CSV documentation of each of the project’s documentation in accordance with the Program Quality plan (incl. Project Charter, URS, Test Scripts,



Test Results / Evidences, Acceptance Report).
- Drive collaboration with company internal DD⁢ organizations ISC, PQM, ERP, OPS, P&O; IT and M&A; IT to ensure weekly status reporting is documented for each project.
- Run the application disposition process for each project to ensure the divested sites are removed from the company applications landscape.
- Run the data extraction process for all the applications in scope of the Data Migration Plan for each project.
- Lead discussions with the Buyer, the company Business & the ERP team to scope, plan, and budget the Business Data Extraction work hosted in the ERP system.
- Lead discussions with the Buyer, the Novartis Business & the company OPS IT team to scope, plan, and budget the Business Data Extraction work hosted in the OPS systems.
- Lead discussions with the Buyer, the company Business & various IT teams to identify the satellites applications used and if there is a data extraction need. Navigate the organization and drive the Data Extraction work.
- Ensure the project financials are up‑to‑date in the reporting systems (incl. UBM).
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud for retail and e‑commerce clients.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize existing e‑commerce platforms to enhance performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Integrate third‑party systems and APIs with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to e‑commerce implementations.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest e‑commerce trends and Salesforce Commerce Cloud updates.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in e‑commerce development and Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation.

What will your day look like?

As an IAM Architect, you are responsible for defining architecture and design patterns for the consistent and efficient implementation of IAM services. You will work on the creation of high‑level designs for IAM solutions, based on Forgerock technologies. Further in the development lifecycle, you will provide guidance and support to the engineers on the deployment of the solution and the integration with other systems.

Who will you work with?

You will be part of the Cyber Trust team with more than 50 people in Belgium, exchanging insights and knowledge, ensuring a secure IT environment protecting the business goals. You will work with our customer’s business and technical employees to capture, discuss, and verify cyber risks.
