Mission

As Design for Safety and Reliability (DfSR) Practitioner, you are responsible for practicing and applying design reliability and robustness processes, tools, and software across several Squads to ensure that Schneider Electric products and solutions are designed to be safe, robust and reliable. Working closely with Marketing and Engineering Teams,



you set work priorities and provide guidance to other professionals. You foster a quality mindset within the team, and coordinate design and industrialization quality activities for new product introduction.

Cross-Functional Leadership

- Act as a quality reference for new product Design (Safety and Reliability).
- Influence and mobilize cross-functional, multicultural teams.
- You are skilled in project coordination and reporting.
- Support continuous improvement of quality methods, standards, and practices.

Design for Safety and Reliability (DfSR)

- Build the adoption of the key stakeholders on the business' DfSR of their squads.
- Assess and identify the critical elements of the offer at design level (system, subsystem, assembly, component).
