Coordinate CRM and email marketing campaigns.

Manage customer databases and audience segmentation.

Support the design and optimisation of customer journeys.

Coordinate marketing automation initiatives with external partners.

Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Contribute to the development of customer retention and loyalty initiatives.

Social Media

Manage the social media content calendar.

Coordinate content agencies and community management activities.

Publish content across corporate social media channels.

Monitor conversations, trends and engagement opportunities.

Prepare social media performance reports.

Identify new opportunities to strengthen the brand's digital presence.

Website & Digital Assets

Update website content.

Coordinate digital development requests with agencies and suppliers.

Review lead generation forms and digital customer journeys.

Ensure a high-quality digital customer experience across all touchpoints.

Reporting & Performance

Prepare regular marketing performance reports.

Analyse key digital performance indicators.

Support the measurement of digital campaigns.

Identify optimisation opportunities based on data and insights.

5–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, CRM or Social Media.

Experience with CRM and/or email marketing platforms.

Experience managing corporate social media channels.

Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4.

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Professional level of English.

Experience in the automotive industry, retail or companies operating through a dealer or distribution network will be considered a strong advantage.
