About The Role We are seeking an accomplished real estate professional to join our Office Capital Markets team in Madrid as Director. You will lead a multidisciplinary team while driving strategic growth across our capital markets platform, maintaining our position as market leaders in one of Europe's most dynamic commercial real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management You will serve as the primary leader and point of reference for a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative environment where innovation and excellence thrive.

Your leadership style should emphasize teamwork, mentorship, and developing talent while maintaining high performance standards. With at least 5 years of experience leading and coordinating teams, you will be responsible for building capability, managing performance, and creating a culture aligned with JLL's values.

Strategic Business Development Maintaining and developing relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors, will be central to your success. You will drive business development initiatives, expand our network within Spain's capital markets ecosystem, and identify new opportunities for growth. Your ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build lasting partnerships will be essential.

Real Estate Expertise & Problem Solving Strong real estate knowledge combined with industry-specific expertise is required. You will tackle complex problem-solving scenarios involving capital markets transactions, market analysis, and strategic advisory. Your deep understanding of office sector dynamics, investment trends, and market cycles will inform decision-making and client solutions.

Technology & Innovation You will leverage JLL's best-in-class technological tools as a key growth lever to improve efficiency across our platform. Comfort with technology adoption and the ability to integrate digital solutions into daily operations and client service delivery is essential.



You will champion innovation and help position our team at the forefront of proptech and data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles within commercial real estate, capital markets, or related fields
- Proven track record in people management, team development, and performance leadership
- Strong network and established relationships within Spain's institutional investment community
- Deep knowledge of office capital markets, investment strategies, and transaction execution
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
- Collaborative leadership style with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English required
- Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related discipline; advanced degree or professional qualifications preferred
