In this leadership role you will shape and run the general tax reporting function while driving a major transformation of processes, systems and ways of working. You will partner with Finance, Technology and Shared Services to embed tax requirements across the business and enhance governance, analytics and decision-making. This is a high-visibility position with senior stakeholders, offering impact through technology-enabled modernization of tax.

You will lead a talented team to deliver consistent, compliant, and insightful tax reporting for a multinational enterprise.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Lead end-to-end tax accounting and reporting processes (tax provisioning, deferred tax, ETR, external disclosures)
- Maintain IFRS compliance with strong governance, controls and documentation
- Oversee tax risk reviews, uncertain positions, and DTA recoverability
- Act as primary contact for external auditors on tax accounting matters
- Define and deliver global Tax Transformation roadmap with simplification, standardisation and automation
- Lead implementation and optimisation of tax technology,



reporting platforms and data management tools
- Strengthen tax governance and SOX-compliance frameworks
- Partner with Finance, Technology, Shared Services and business units to embed tax across transformation programmes
- Develop enhanced tax analytics, forecasting and reporting capabilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing tax reporting, technology and data team

Responsabilidades

- Significant experience in multinational tax accounting and reporting
- Strong IFRS tax accounting expertise (IAS 12)
- Proven track record leading complex transformation and change programmes
- xqbhyrx Experience in robust tax governance and control environments
- Strong stakeholder management and senior leadership influence
- Experience cross-functionally across Finance, Technology and Shared Services
- Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building capabilities
- Experience implementing tax technology and automation solutions
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP platforms
- Exposure to tax reporting software, analytics and data management tools
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, CA, CTA or equivalent
