The primary location is Madrid, Spain, you may be required to travel & work in Al Khafji, KSA at some stage.

Main Purpose Of The Role The

Document Controller may operate within the Core Engineering Team or PMC project team environment. They may have engineer grade personnel under their responsibility and will be tasked with their control and management and the delegation of activities to such support personnel.



They may work under the supervision of a Lead Engineer in which case his responsibilities will be as delegated.

The Document

Controller may be in charge of any or all of the following tasks. The position is to be based in Spain, Europe. Knowledge / Experience (Skills) 10 years of experience with Document Controller. 6 years within the field of Document Controller for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects. Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or closely related field or Diploma or Equivalent with a Certificate from a recognized agency in Project Administration.

Experience in organizing and controlling typical project deliverables such as drawings, specifications, operating manuals, vendor submittals, filing systems and document flow procedures.
