We're partnering with a leading international company to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join their remote team in Greece.

What You'll Be Doing

- Handle incoming enquiries from accommodation owners and property managers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact via phone, delivering professional and efficient customer support.
- Assist partners with room modifications, availability, rates, and platform (extranet) usage.
- Resolve customer queries accurately using the appropriate tools, systems, and processes.
- Build strong relationships with accommodation partners by providing exceptional service.
- Continuously develop your product knowledge to deliver the best customer experience.

What We're Looking For





- Fluent Dutch with good English skills (minimum B2).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with MS Office and other digital tools.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work remotely from within the country.
- Availability to work rotational shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays.

Working Schedule

- Rotating shifts between 08:00 and 22:00
- Monday to Sunday
- Two days off each week
