Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is a fast-growing action sports company that prides itself on attracting passionate and talented individuals. We are looking for a proactive, analytical and detail-oriented E-Merchandiser to join our E-Commerce team at our Barcelona HQ. This is a part-time interim position adecuado for someone passionate about digital commerce, online merchandising and consumer experience.

As an E-Merchandiser, you will be responsible for optimizing product presentation, managing online assortments and supporting commercial performance across our European e-commerce platforms. Working closely with Brand, Marketing, Content and Digital teams, you will help deliver an engaging and seamless online shopping experience while maximizing product visibility and conversion. The E-Merchandiser will be responsible for optimizing product visibility, supporting digital campaigns and ensuring an exceptional online customer experience across our e-commerce platforms.

Content & Product Experience Manage product assortments across the e-commerce website to ensure products are correctly categorized and merchandised Ensure products are published accurately with the correct attributes and content Support seasonal launches, product drops and promotional campaigns Campaign & Commercial Support Support the execution of online campaigns, promotions and seasonal activations Coordinate homepage updates,



category pages and merchandising placements Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of commercial initiatives Reporting & Performance Analysis Monitor product and category performance using available reporting tools Analyze customer behavior, product performance and merchandising effectiveness Prepare reports and provide insights to support commercial decision-making Identify opportunities to improve website merchandising, navigation and product presentation Ensure data accuracy across the e-commerce platform Support ongoing optimization initiatives to improve the overall online shopping experience Previous experience in E-commerce, Digital Merchandising or Online Retail Experience managing product catalogues and online merchandising activities Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret commercial data Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience working with e-commerce platforms or CMS tools Fluent in English Analytical and commercial mindset Excellent organizational and planning skills Hybrid working model (2 days on-site, 3 days remote) The opportunity to work with some of the world's leading action sports brands Hands-on experience in an international company with operations across Europe Career development opportunities within a fast-growing global organization Employee discounts on Revelyst brands and products Ready to help create an outstanding online shopping experience for some of the world's leading action sports brands? #
