As our Junior E-Commerce Specialist, you will support the growth and daily management of Davines and Comfort Zone e-commerce businesses in Spain. Working closely with the E-Commerce Manager, you will contribute to website management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) execution, content deployment, digital campaigns, e-retailer coordination, product launches, marketplace activities and e-commerce operations, helping to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while driving commercial performance.

What You Will Do

- Support the E-Commerce Manager with the day-to-day management and growth of Davines and Comfort Zone e-commerce websites.
- Coordinate website updates, product launches, promotional activations and content implementation.
- Manage product information, assets and merchandising initiatives across digital channels.
- Execute CRM campaigns, newsletters and customer segmentation activities.
- Adapt and localize content provided by headquarter for the Spanish market.
- Create and update landing pages, blog articles and commercial content.




- Collaborate with media agencies and internal stakeholders to support digital marketing campaigns.
- Support Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and website optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate materials, product information and launches with key e-retail partners.
- Support marketplace activities, including Amazon development project.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor key e-commerce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to regular reporting and performance analysis, identifying opportunities to improve user experience, conversion and customer journey.

Who You Are

- 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing or related roles.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
- Knowledge of CRM and Email Marketing tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including Paid Media and SEO.
- Analytical mindset and confidence working with KPIs and performance reports.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Interest in beauty, skincare, haircare and premium brands.

Nice to have

- Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads or Meta Ads.
- Experience working with online retailers or marketplaces.
- Previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare or lifestyle brands.
