DATA CENTER CAREERS | MADRID, SPAIN Electrical Technician Keep Europe's Critical Infrastructure Powered Location: Madrid, Spain Employment Type: Permanent Salary: €40,000 – €52,000 + Bonus + Shift Allowance About the Opportunity Highly Professional is recruiting Electrical Technicians on behalf of a leading international Data Center operator expanding its hyperscale campus in Madrid. You will join a highly specialized engineering team responsible for maintaining uninterrupted power delivery across one of Europe's most advanced mission-critical facilities.

Your Mission Ensure maximum reliability of all electrical infrastructure supporting the Data Center, helping guarantee 24/7 operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on LV and MV electrical systems.

- Inspect and maintain UPS systems, switchgear and power distribution equipment.




- Test emergency generators and backup power systems.
- Support planned shutdowns and maintenance activities.
- Respond rapidly to electrical faults and critical incidents.
- Interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate external electrical contractors when required.

Requirements • Electrical qualification or Engineering Degree.

- Experience in industrial plants, utilities, manufacturing or critical environments.
- Knowledge of electrical distribution systems.
- English B1+ preferred.
