What You’ll Do

As a Practice Area Senior Manager within BCG’s Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) Practice,



you will own, structure and drive the management of the regional PA agenda — with particular emphasis on our commercial engine and our people. You will oversee the commercial rhythm of the region, including account management, pipeline development, and commercial excellence, while playing a central role in the health, engagement, and growth of our people base. You will serve as a trusted thought partner to the RPAL and leadership team, ensuring all activities across Europe, Middle East, South America, and Africa run with clarity and momentum.

Strategy & Leadership

- Partner with the RPAL and leadership team to develop and implement the strategic regional plan
- Support the RPAL in refining and implementing the regional operating and governance model
- Shape and drive execution of the strategic plan, partnering with the EMESA RPAL and leadership
