As the company continues to invest heavily in engineering, they're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team and help shape the next phase of growth. Own team planning, prioritisation, delivery and quarterly engineering objectives.

Work closely with senior engineering leaders to influence technical strategy and engineering standards across the organisation. Previous experience leading and growing software engineering teams. Strong knowledge of software architecture and distributed systems.

Experience working in modern cloud-native environments. Familiarity with Linux, cloud infrastructure, networking, databases and platform reliability.

Experience with automation and infrastructure tooling such as Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible or similar. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance technical excellence with commercial priorities.

English, both written and spoken.
