you will serve as the key liaison between our clients and operational teams, ensuring every event is planned and executed with the excellence, elegance, and attention to detail that define The Ritz-Carlton.

Your Responsibilities Include…

- Meet with clients, event hosts, and coordinators before each event to review all details and ensure every arrangement is properly organized.
- Review event orders and event plans to coordinate specific guest requirements, room layouts, timelines, setups, and operational needs.
- Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure every aspect of the event is executed as planned and in accordance with The Ritz-Carlton standards.
- Follow up on all guest requests and special arrangements to ensure they are delivered accurately and with exceptional attention to detail.
