Role Description The Executive Housekeeper is a full-time, on-site role based in Cambrils, responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities. Day-to-day tasks include planning and assigning cleaning and laundry duties, inspecting rooms and common areas, and managing supplies and equipment to meet quality and hygiene standards. The role involves leading and training housekeeping staff, coordinating schedules, and supporting a positive, collaborative working environment.

Housekeeper will work closely with other departments to address requests, resolve issues quickly, and uphold a high level of service for internal teams, visitors, and clients. This position requires a hands-on approach, consistent presence on-site, and proactive attention to detail in all housekeeping activities.

Qualifications

Strong organization skills and ability to manage housekeeping schedules, inventories, and multiple priorities effectively.

Experience in laundry operations, including proper handling of textiles, equipment use, and quality standards.

Excellent communication and customer service skills to collaborate with staff, respond to requests, and maintain professional relationships.

Ability to train, mentor, and support housekeeping team members to ensure consistent performance and adherence to procedures.

Previous experience in housekeeping supervision or similar roles, ideally in corporate, hospitality, or laboratory environments.

Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations relevant to housekeeping and facility care.

Capacity to work on-site full time in Cambrils, with flexibility to respond to operational needs.

Basic proficiency with digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and inventory tracking; additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, French) are an asset.
