This is an 8–12 month internship. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a university degree or other eligible educational programme and able to undertake an internship under Spanish regulations.

:

- Market research: research, summarise and analyse data relevant to Heidrick & Struggles client base (Fortune 500 and FTSE companies) in order to provide relevant information to consultants that can be used for both Business Development, Executive Search and Leadership Consulting services.
- Capture key information from market research activities, into the proprietary Heidrick & Struggles integral data base and knowledge management center. Data parameters are both quantitative and qualitative and are key to the creation of specific intellectual capital that Heidrick utilises to create a compelling value proposition to its client base.




- Analyse companies and key sectors where Heidrick is active (e.g. Consumer Markets, Financial Services, Industry, Life Science, Technology, Digital Services, etc), identify Organization Charts, key leadership roles, trends and performance of said industries.
- Participate in meetings in order to understand the requirements of both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Support consultants and research teams in the gathering of data relevant to highly confidential search and leadership consulting processes (e.g, Leadership Assessments, Post Merger Integration,, M&A; due diligence, Succession Processes, Recruitment and Selection).
- Produce reports and PPT’s that are then presented to the client.
- Conduct research activities through phone interviews and other digital means.
- Revising the language in candidate reports, appraisals etc.

The person we are looking for:

- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is essential. Additional language(s) would be highly valued.
- Must be currently enrolled at a university or other eligible educational institution and able to enter into an internship agreement ( convenio de prácticas ) in accordance with Spanish regulations.
- Organized and shows great attention to detail. We work with the most important companies around the world and it is vital that we consistently provide accurate information and quality work.
- Proactive, someone who will look to get involved in projects and gain new experience where they can.
- Positive personality who can fit into the good environment we have here.
